Meet The Team
We are a large, diverse team of different ages, genders and cultural backgrounds. Many of us have worked at Fiveways for a number of years. We are proud that our team are happy and want to stay at Fiveways. We value staff development as well as training and the benefits it brings to both our children’s learning development and our team’s wellbeing.
Our Management team is made up of four people with a strong passion for providing the best care possible to children, with a combined experience in childcare spanning over 75 years.
Our Playroom staff come from various backgrounds and cultures, with extensive experience in childcare. They are all either trained or being trained to Level 3 Early Years Practitioner standard.
Our Afterschool Club’s staff is made up of a team of individual’s, all bringing their own unique skills and enabling us to deliver a wide variety of activities for the varying ages of children who attend.
